You get a branded platform on your URL (www.jbalumni.org / www.alumni.vesit.edu) with your logo and content. This platform is the most powerful alumni engagement platform there is.

Our search algorithm is designed to find your alumni across various social networks and send them an invite to the portal.
Once they click the invite, they register via their Linkedin profile (email option available too). This enables us to capture their entire profile in your portal. You have updated data about their work, education, location and contact details like primary email and phone number.

This is what you fondly call an Alumni Directory. You know how hard it is to get people to fill in lengthly forms and organize it in spreadsheets. Finding data from this pile of mess is a huge problem.

Your Alumni Portal stores this data and organizes it into a neat directory automagically. You don't have to move your mouse. Oh and did we tell you that this directory is searchable batch-wise, city-wise, industry-wise, skill-wise, etc. You can search for people working in specific companies or in specific institutes, whatever you like. If you cannot search data with all this flexibility, it is no good.

Content will be posted on Your Alumni Portal in form of jobs, events, news, photos, videos, mentoring assignments and live/concurrent projects. Every registered alumnus can post content. Do you design and send newsletters? We know your pain. Collating content, composing it in HTML, looking for mobile compatibility, and then using a mass-mailing software to send them all. Doing this week-on-week itself is a full time job.

Your Alumni Portal does all of this for you. It collates all the content from past week, create a digest email out of it and sends it to every member on a Friday afternoon :) Its like an extremely efficient personal assistant who never takes a leave.

Every member of Your Alumni Portal can find people and network with them for various purposes. People Search, Company search help in that and they do not have to disclose each other's email addresses too.

Groups

These groups are like Facebook / Linkedin groups. Except, no one has to join them. Every member is a part of their Batch Group. For example, every person from 1986 batch will be a part of 1986 batch group. Post on that group's wall and everyone will be notified. Same goes for Chapter groups.
